ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP & AWARDS
MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME
Eligibility
Student scoring 95% marks in AISSE will be eligible to receive BCM Merit Scholarship equivalent to 50% concession in tuition fee paid during the year.
Rules
  1. The marks obtained in aggregate will be considered for the award of the Merit Scholarship.
  2. For students receiving Merit Scholarship in Class Xth, minimum achievement of 80 per cent marks in Board/Final Examination is required to continue receiving scholarship in class XII. For students receiving merit scholarship in class 10 minimum score of 80% should be maintained in XI examination conducted by the school..
  3. If the student fails to maintain the required academic standard the scholarship will be withdrawn.
  4. The student should have a minimum attendance of 85 per cent to be eligible for the scholarship.
  5. In case of disciplinary action against the student, the scholarship will be withdrawn.
For Excellence in Sports/ Curricular/Co-curricular:
Position Holder in International events shall be eligible for 100% concession in total fee. Participation in International Events or 1st Position in National School Games will be eligible for 100 % concession in Tuition fee and Participation in National and 1st Position in State will be eligible for 50% concession in Tuition Fee.

FEE CONCESSION POLICY
Fee Concession for Class I - V
Fee Concession to the needy students may be given on Merit-Cum-Means basis for the students who cannot afford to pay the fee. The students should achieve minimum 85% marks to be eligible for this scheme.
Rules
  1. The total comibined income of the parents shold be less than Rs. 5 lacs to be eligible for the Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship.
  2. The number of scholarships will be fixed by the school on yearly basis.
  3. The marks obtained in aggregate will be considered for the award of the Merit Scholarship.
  4. If the student fails to maintain the required academic standard of 85% maarks, the scholarship will be withdrawn.
  5. The student should have a minimum attendance of 85% to be eligible for the scholarship.
  6. In case of disciplinary action against the student, the scholarship will be withdrawn.
  7. The scholarship will be given to the student at the Annual Function of the School.

Fee Concession for Class X,XI & XII
The students of class X, XI and XII having scored a minimum of 75% marks who are not able to afford education based on the total means of the family can apply for Merit-cum-Mean Scholarship. This scholarship shall be 50% in tuition fee for first child and 25% for second child.

Hero Group and School Employees Fee Concession Policy
Wards of Hero Group and School Employee will be given Fee Concession as under:
Rules
  1. 50% Fee Concession in Tuition fee will be given to the first child of the employee drawing a CTC compensation of less than Rs. 5 lacs.
  2. 25% Fee Concession in Tuition fee will be given to the second child of the employee drawing a salary of less than Rs. 5 lacs.
Rules Governing Hero Group Employees Fee concession Scheme:
  1. The Employee will submit an application for Fee Concession to the HR Department of the respective company.
  2. The HR Department office will prepare a consolidated proposal for Fee Concession based on the CTC of the employee and seek permission of the HR Head for forwarding/ considering fee concession.
  3. The HR Deparment will issue a letter to the School Principal Communicating the Management's decision to grant fee concession to the Employee.
  4. The student availing fee concession will have to achieve a minimum academic achievement of 75% marks for classes Ist to IXth and 65% for classes Xth and XIth on annual basis to be eligible for continuation of the concession.
  5. The fee concession will be withdrawn if the students fails to achieve the prescribed marks. But can re-start getting the fee concession if he achieves the standard of performance in the next year.
  6. The fee concession will be withdrawn if the school takes disciplinary action against the student.
  7. The student should have a minimum attendance of 85% to be eligible for the scholarship.
